Returns & Refunds

At Stumbled Home we want to ensure that you love your purchase and we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Returns Policy.  

• Condition: Items should be unused with tags and original packaging.
  
• Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.
• Sale Items: These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Items are returned at cost to the customer.

Faulty Items

If you have received your product and it is faulty, please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault via email: kristin@stumbledhome.co.nz.We will assess whether to repair, replace, or refund the item.

Refund Process

We'll notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
